It seems that in 2012 VW US agreed a large settlement in a class-action of claimants in respect of certain VAG vehicles up to 2009 that suffered from water leaks as a result of defective water-drains from sun-roofs.
The issues for owners of vehicles in the UK must be the same. Des anyone have knowledge of VAG accepting a claim for damage consequent upon water entering the footwells (or running down the A or B posts as a consequence of defective roof-drains?
