Correct tyre pressure for Audi A6 Avant

Hi and sorry for asking such a fundamental question!
Bought Audi A6 Avant recently and need to check tyre pressure-nearside rear looks like it needs some air. On the rear it has 225/50 R17 94 Y and according to the sticker by the door, it needs 30 or 39 PSI. The front tyres are 225/50 R17 YXL (98Y) My question is, what do I put in the front tyres as there isn't an exact match on the door sticker.
The Audi manual says to use tyre pressures for fully loaded all the time-what do you think?
