Audi S5 Purchase Help

What do people think of the S5 deal below, cost price £42,795.

If I took this out on finance with Audi to get the 2000 deal contribution and then paid off after a month does it seem like a good deal for a brand new S5. The benefits of Leasing v PCP confuse me so it would be good to understand where this ranks.
