Audi A4 B8 '09 2.0T rock hard brake issue

just back from long trip - jumped back in next morning, drove down the road and got shock of my life as the brake pedal was like standing on a block!
just got it to stop in time.

So, what are we looking at here - and more importantly - how much?!
