Latest MyAudi - Lost all POI / Special Dest'n functionality

Just come to update my speed camera POI from PocketGPSWorld and download to my S5, as I've done for over a year. Shocked and annoyed to find that all the POI/Special Destination functionality seems to have been omitted in the latest release of MyAUDI, dated 1st Aug.
The site tells me all the connect services are activated but there seems to be no means to input POI and send them to the car.
Am I missing something or have Audi messed up?

My Audi right now is a farce - unreliable and lots of functionality missing. It had a major update/new version a month or so back and they've knackered it.

How can any update be hugely worse than what it replaces? Totally incompetent and there seems to be no worthwhile / reliable way to tell them.

Bit of a thread resurrection, is anyone else having issues with MyAudi at the moment? I’ve got a 2 month old Q5, it’s been fine until Sunday when the satellite maps stopped working and I’ve lost my destinations I’ve sent from my phone to the car. The car tells me I need to log in but as far as I can work out it already is?

Am I doing something wrong with it? Cheers!

It was working for me yesterday, however the system does go down from time to time

It’s not been working for 3 days now. I’m going to remove myself as the key user and try and log in again…

The maps have gone wonky in my a5 over the last few days as well.

Thanks, it’s reassuring to know it’s not just me! I’ve started using CarPlay now as I’m missing the traffic updates.

Well, I’ve now had a few back and forth emails then a long phone call with Audi Digital Services and seemingly there is a connection issue with my car, it’s been escalated to Tech Services in Germany see how long this takes to resolve.

Drove home from a week away yesterday, I missed the traffic updates on the Nav so ended up sitting in a few jams as the route wasn’t diverted to avoid the traffic. I should have used CarPlay.
