Seat Ibiza 1.2 TSI problems/ faults

Hi I am currently looking to buy a 2012-2015 Ibiza 1.2 TSI and i'm wondering if theirs any major problems with these cars.

Early timing chains on the 1.2 tsi were made (partly) of chocolate. Listen for rattles on cold-starts. Think they have belts now, but worth checking.

Wife had a 2010 ibiza with the 1.2 tsi engine - was a reliable motor in the main, quick enough for town and motorway driving, and averaged 45+mpg.
