new RS6 when is it due out?

[Jonny TVR]

Thinking of getting a nearly new RS6 but don't want to buy one if the new model is due out soon. Any ideas when its due?

my local Audi said the later half of 2019

...and even that's probably well up in the air with WLTP.

From the info that has been released it's looking like we'll see the RS7 first anyway.

I was told back end of ‘19 at the earliest and they have no confirmation on engine etc.

Decided to jump into some pork for 18 months or so but will still be very interested in a new RS6 should it live up to C7.
