Audi warranty for resale or not?

Thinking about selling my B8.5 S4 Avant Black Edition. It's just had a service, low miler and I'm considering extending the Audi warranty.

Question: is it worth me shelling out on the warranty to get a better sales price or not? Circa £1,100.
