Vw golf mk5 ecu problems

Hello guys. Im have problem whit my golf mk5 engine bkc. So, have problem to start it, have messuredall relays, and they work fine, have tested them, even bought new ones, and dont know where to search for the problem. I thinking it might be ecu problem. So the glow plug lights dosent come on at all now, and when they cone have 3 cliks in relay 449. And car wount start. Tried to connect to obd but cant connect to ecu. Thinking it might be ecy fault, but want to hear feom you all guys. Maybe have any ideas how to test it. Thanks. Sorry about video language, it was ment to sent to my friend so it in Latvian. But any ways it shows the problem.
