2007 Audi TT Electrical Problems...Need Help!

Hey everyone,
I'm looking for ideas as to what could be wrong with my Audi TT. It's the 2007 2L Petrol variant and it's been a fantastic car so far. a bit of a lazy starter though. I came out yesterday and it's just not playing ball at all, here is what I have found so far:
- Horn isn't working
- Central locking isn't working
- Heaters not working correctly, they heat but don't blow, it sounds like they try to start but just stop.
- Electric mirrors don't work
What changed? The car was working fine and has given me no issues at all, aside from the above mentioned lazy starting. Are there any areas that would be "typical" for issues with these cars that would be worth looking at? I've checked the battery and it's 12v when the car isn't running and 14v steady when she's started.
