All brakes stuck on seat Leon cupra
Discussion
All brakes stuck on? As in properly stuck fully on? Or just dragging a bit? (I love a nice descriptive thread fully explaining the issue!!)
Yet you've replaced both (2?) calipers? Why have you replaced them?
Issue with the brake booster /pedal assembly or a fault in the abs unit causing pressure to remain in the lines would be my guess?
Abs interrogated for fault codes?

Abs interrogated for fault codes?
Take it to a garage then.
I asked if you've interrogated the abs system for faults? (control unit fault codes, read what the line pressures are etc).
I asked if they were fully stuck on, or just dragging, all the brakes? Or just the rears? It's very hard to help when you don't give us any feedback at all.
I'm out, as they say.
