Golf parking sensors/display

A couple of years ago I drove a golf which had parking sensors front and rear with a graphical display overhead view showing not only detected obstacles but which way the car was going to go, two lines that swung round as I turned the steering wheel. What option/s do I need to tick to get that?

Any recent vw group car with sensors gets that.

My 2017 Golf R with F&R sensors doesn't do that.

I think the reversing camera does though.

My friends 2016 Golf R line does - no camera.

Pretty sure my dads gold SV does as well.

My 2015 GTD did it, I'm fairly sure they all do provided Front/ Rear sensors are fitted.

Has to be the most pointless graphic I’ve ever seen in a car. It does provide to brighten my day, as I laugh every time I reverse the o/h’s rattley 2016 Golf.

FWIU, it's on vehicles with Park Assist fitted.

If by that you mean it parks itself, then no. Ours doesn’t have park assist.
