Original service book - can they be re-ordered?

Can original service book be re-ordered? I have a service book for my S1, which appears to be for another car (different vin number and colour) There are no service stamps in the book, as all of the history is tagged electronically. I would ideally like the original book, which has the sticker with all the cars extras etc..

I can only assume that the books got swapped over with another car during service, or potentially from new, however given they are electronic, not quite sure why they would need to take it out in the first place..

Anyone every come across this?

The original was missing when we bought the TT and Audi basically have blank ones that they stamp up with the details taken from the service history saved on their database.
Did not get a service book when we got the Mini all records are saved on their computer and on the cars info system.

The book, yes; but there's no way to replicate the sticker.

I've made a few 'copies' myself over the years on request of customers but that's the best you could do.

Thanks, it was purely by chance I checked it, as trying to confirm whether my car was Nogaro blue as it was an Audi exclusive colour. You can imagine my fear when the code read Vegas Yellow from the service book!! Luckily the VIN didn't match the book, however the extras code sticker in boot matched the VIN... Turns out it was Sprint Blue in the end, which there are not too many around..

Thanks Dr G! I had someone check it already.. Dealer has come back saying they will order a new book and write in codes, which is fair enough.

Do you know whether Audi record the number of colours made for a certain model? Just curious to know how many Sprint Blue S1's are out there..

Good plan to get one through the dealer. I bought an eBay special when I'd filled up all the space in mine. It looks OK but doesn't fit in the ring-binder properly.
