I've always thought that these are handsome things and have been thinking about running one of the face lift examples as a stop gap.

Most likely the diesel as they seem to be the most widely available model.

What do I need to look out for?

Is the Edition 21 model worth seeking out?

Any essential specification or model I should be looking for?

The depreciation on these has been epic but they seem decent value now.

Look for Black Edition for good standard spec. Or just any version with rich spec. It all depends what you expect from this type of car. Most cars are black with black seats, so if you want something different, it will take more time to find. Or if you want Long version.

I agree, depreciation is crazy from new.
