I have a TTS (2019) model with the B&O sound system. However the roadnoise seems louder than I was expecting particluarly on coarser road surfaces. I was rather expecting the 'noise suppression' technology to help with this. I cant find anyway to check if its working correctly and I keep being referred by the dealer to the control for the speed related volume on MMI.

Is there some way of checking the ANC is operating correctly and potentially adjusting the settings. Thanks for your help.

Mines noisy too on some surfaces...As far as I can see, turning up the setting within the MMI would just turn the sound up as you drive unless you have nothing playing then I've no idea what it would do...Might go and have a fiddle

I didnt get anywhere wilth the dealer! They didnt seem to understand (or maybe I dont!). The speed sensitive volume adjustment can be done via the MMI system - the dealer very kindly turned this up for me and all it does is make the music louder the faster you go. Not difficult and can quite easily do this myself and in fact I put it back where it was.

What I wanted help with was the Active Noise Cancellation on the B&O system - I dont think this can be accessed via MMI and I wanted them to check to make sure it was working properly. They just looked at me blankly and then tried to say that this wasnt a feature of the car! So still very noisy
