VW Amarok headlights adjustment to LHD

Hi All,
anyone knows if 2014 VW Amarok Dark Label edition 2.0BiTdi auto can have the lights properly adjusted to LHD countries please, rather than just the usual stickers you can buy at the ports? Car is going to Europe permanent and I wanted to check my options before buying new headlights.
