Anyone carried kids in the back of a MK2 TT ?

You'd need the front seats to be quite a way forward to have any rear legroom at all. Height is very limited too.

IIRC the manual states up to 1.55m?
I've done it, its ok for short journeys

Behind the passenger is fine as you just have the seat forward. Behind the drivers seat I have around 3 inches of space for legs.... 5 foot 8 with a 31 inch inside leg should tell you that most will have their seat further back.
