I have a mk2.5 Skoda Octavia vrs (so basically a mk5 golf in a more sensible suit) the wheels are badly in need of a refurb so, I’m thinking of buying a brand new set.
I don’t want to spend much loads than a refurb (about £60 per wheel), do I have any options? There’s plenty of replica wheels on eBay for about £100 a corner which is a good price but they’re likely to be cheap, heavy and susceptible to bucking aren’t they?
Are there any decent cheap(ish) wheel manufacturers out there?
Failing that anywhere reputable to look for 2nd hand wheels, I missed out on a set of bbs from a mk5 golf edition recently

If on eBay checkseller partsdepot_uk as I’ve bought wheels and other stuff from them before. I believe that some of the VW Audi Skoda stuff is interchangeable so you might well get a bargain plus it’s genuine quality manufacturer items. Set of 4x 17 inch rims for Audi A6 c6 model - so obviously old stock, retailing at £349 inc delivery now.
Just a thought - I have no affiliation with the company.
