lupo 1400 sport

The old 1400cc Lupo / Seat Arosa was listed as having around 75bhp but the Sport version raised that to 100. What did they do to the engine to gain the extra power ?

I remember the Sport had a 16v badge on the boot - was the 75bhp one an 8v?

They were both 16v, just different states of tune. Not sure if any components differ

It was the same engine they kept on using up until very recently up until the previous shape Ibiza, had a long shelf life!
