2012 Seat Ibiza 1.2TSI - Burned Bonnet Insulation

[AdviceHunter]

2012 Seat Ibiza 1.2TSI. There is a burn mark into the bonnet insulation, directly above the engine. Do I need to be concerned about this!?

Heat shield over the turbo in place? A lot of these engines got new turbos under warranty for actuator faults.
