Recommended tyres for 2009 A4 diesel avant auto

Just purchased A4 Avant 2.0 tdi auto and the tyres are all unknown and worn Chinese makes.

Not happy about motorway driving with them so what do you recommend? Budget of around £100 per tyre fitted. Thanks.

I had Goodyear Eagle F1s on my previous cars, I’d have them again. If you have a Costco card they have an offer on Michelin’s at the moment, I’ve just got 2 19” tyres for £300, they are £420 on Black Circles who are generally cheap.

Michelin PS4. If they are too expensive then Uniroyal Rainsport3.

I put 4 Michelin Cross Climate on my 3.0tdi, got them half price in an amazing deal when the local KwikFit premises had been overhauled, but I think they are more than £100 each normally. Excellent tyres, had them on the front of my last A4 1.8 20 valve(2 wheel drive)

I bought 4 x Avon from a recommendation as the best in wet weather.
