2019 Q3 pano roof leaking
Discussion
The wife bought a brand new '19 Q3 in April with the pano' roof. Early October I noticed a damp patch in the headlining above the passenger seat, sure enough there was a large pool of water sat inside the roof. Took it back to get fixed (and for the software update), took them a week to find the fault and stated they were waiting for parts from Germany, would be a week. On the 21st Oct they found the water had leaked all the way down and the carpet and some trim needed replacing (these parts were coming from Bristol so no real delay). Since then.....nothing, no news, nobody is stating what the problem is and they have ''no idea'' when the car will be back with us.
Has anybody had this issue before? Is it normal to take so long? The car is leased (if that makes a difference) so we are nearly 2 months down for something we don't have and they are not sure when it will be back. Im not looking for compo or anything like that, the wife just wants her car back but nobody in Audi will budge and tell us whats going on, whats our next step?
Thanks

Quick update....there is no update. The carpet ''may or may not'' come in this Friday, more likely the Friday after that, although they really have no idea, still refuse to confirm if the roof has been fixed. Oh, and the Q3 Tdi courtesy car broke down this morning, 1800 miles on the clock, dash lit up like an Xmas tree and refused to move.
6 weeks at the dealer now with no end in sight. Really enjoying Audi life.
