If you walk into a dealer can you get a physical brochure?

Dealerships don’t keep physical brochures available as much anymore- it ends up being quite a big waste of money and resources. I’m 100% sure that if you ask for a brochure, a salesman can print you one out!

Ok thanks. I know Hyundai do them still as I was in their garage killing time

I guess Hyundai drivers are mostly pensioners, so it figures

Cheers

VW haven't for some years. I'd assume Audi likely to be the same.

Local Skoda dealer gave me a Superb brochure last year when I asked them about buying a secondhand one.

Annoyingly Audi changed recently; physical ones went to request only but good, PDF brochures were readily downloadable. These are now gone too and you're pointed to the configurator app instead. Last updates were through 2018.

Useless for used cars, I pointed this out to customer service who suggested I contact my local dealer for assistance.
