Audi servicing on PCP

Both my wife and I have PCP Audi's and both cars are due their first full service in the next 30 days.

I have booked mine in for 6 weeks time, as I understand there is a 1 month grace period for servicing, from when the car tells you it is due.

I cannot get hold of our 3 local Audi centres to book my wifes car in, and Audi finance have not answered my question regarding extending this grace period due to Covid.

Has anyone heard from a dealer or Audi finance that they will extend the grace period for servicing?
