Up! false boot floor

I've recently bought a 2013 white edition Up! 3 door and it's come without the false boot floor. Looking at the usual places for a replacement throws up a couple for a 2015 5 door, but when asked they say they wont fit even though the part number seems to be the same...

Are the 3 door and 5 door boots different? Did it change when the Up was face-lifted?

Any help would be much appreciated - I've been trying to find a boot liner to stick above the wheel well and that's become somewhat of a challenge as well...
