Has anyone upgraded from an old Q3 to the new one? Does it feel like a whole new car, or just a slightly spruced up version of the old one?

Sorry to bump this, but does the new one drive any differently to the old one?

A YouTube review suggested it now drives/feels more like a Q5 but not sure if this is BS.
