Audi A4 MMI 2g DVD disc stuck

I know this has been discussed many times but I need an expert view on getting a stuck disc out of the boot DVD unit. I've taken it to a local guy who has enabled the eject button, so he claims, but it still doesn't eject. I can't see it to pull it out with tweezers either..

Any other suggestions or local to Norfolk experts who might be able to assist?
