Buying advice: Transporter camper van

Looking at buying a T6 Transporter professionally converted to a camper van by an apparently reputable company/specialist.

Any advice on what to look out for and what to avoid?

Avoid ones with silly big wheels that aren't rated for the weight of the vehicle - many one offs and less scrupulous/knowledgeable converters fit alloys intended for cars, often with tyres to match, which can't cope with the loads. Best options are OEM alloys from the factory campers, which won't be cheap, or source your own knowing what specs you need for load.

I was looking at these too but prices are high, there seems to be a big demand for them at the moment, lack of foreign holidays and all that.
