Golf R32 Electrical Nightmare!
Discussion
Hi,
Some brief context. Golf MK5 R32, a few weeks ago flagged 01130 - ABS Control Module, Implausible signal. Control module was sent to be repaired which it appeared to be. Had the repaired module put back in the car and has been great for a week. Then, today, all sorts of new faults flagged which appear to point to something but cant think what.

What condition is the battery in?
As above, check this.I had an Audi A3, 3.2 which is basically the same vehicle. It had a battery drain problem and would throw up all sorts of errors if started up with a less than optimal battery, including DSG gearbox and ABS malfunction plus loads of 'false' errors.
Charging or replacing the battery solved the problem.

It might be that the voltage drops drastically while cranking.

Not messed around with the car stereo have you?
Had a beetle with similar multiple faults showing and it was all down to the install of an aftermarket head unit.
Seems as though it affected the comms in some way.
Interesting that you mention that, haven't touched the stereo but there is a problem recently where it just won't turn on at all. Perhaps others are also right in thinking it is an earthing issue.
