I'm struggling to source an Audi with everything I would like. So my question is can leather seats (for the front) be retrofitted? Most of the ones I've liked don't have leather seating and that's something I would like

There's actually a retrofit company called Audi Retrofit, which you can Google. I don't know the process for sure, but I am fairly confident they (or many others) would fit an interior you sourced. I am considering having xenon lights retrofitted, despite the cost.

I have the leather option on my current A3 and it's worth remembering that the option tends to come with leather door card trims, which means you might want to source these for the full effect.

Watch Airbags, unusual, but they sometimes change them between variants, e.g. Stock to Recaro etc.

Wiring and ECUs etc for electric seats.

Wiring, ECUs and occasionally plumbing for heating and cooling seats.

Door Cards as mentioned, dash accents, headlining (e.g. S-Lines typically have a dark headliner.)
