Audi Connect - dead, or just a blip?

My B8 S4 has the "Audi connect" google maps etc option, but today it looked like none of the maps were loading. Weather queries weren't working either.

MMI was showing signal from the SIM. so I'm wondering if Audi have just decided to pull the plug on the service...?

Still a problem ? happens occasionally to me.

Bottom left does it say 'Online' or TMC Pro ?
Mine often will reset with a removal and clean of the SIM or 'turn it all off and back on again'.....

they have themselves had an outtage every now and again

Just sorted it this AM. Giffgaff had a hiccup and disabled auto-topup on the sim, so no data!
