Spec on a 2.0 Tsi Seat Leon FR ST 2019
Discussion
Looking at buying the above at Auction but am finding getting hold of the original spec a bit confusing as there seem to be so many Leon models?
Mainly looking at whether the cruise is adaptive the same as the golf?
Also are there any "must have" options on this model or are they much the same.
Would normally be no problem as you could view before sale but nowadays its a case of asking questions by message and hoping they read them and answer in time to bid!
Would also appreciate any owners experiences.
Thanks

I think around mid 2018 (perhaps for the 19 model year) Seat streamlined the leon partly for WLTP regs and partly because it was coming to the end of the model run.
If I remember rightly you got FR and FR sport, with the only options being colour, pan roof, tow bar and maybe the odd other thing. FR got cloth seats and 17 inch wheels, and the FR Sport got leather, 18s, virtual cockpit etc.
I think cruise was normal (though if it has the front sensor for anti collision it may be possible to enable adaptive with VCDS). Think all FRs got what used to be the tech pack as standard, and I think the last models (which 2019 would be) got the convenience pack too.

We have a 2019 FR Sport 2.0 petrol hatch.
It has regular cruise control, I. E. not adaptive.
Great car though, nice spec, reasonably quick (in Sport mode, a bit lazy otherwise) and quite understated. That engine is not available in a Golf or A3 so it's a little bit different and cheaper than their 1.5 150ps models to boot.
