I'm considering buying a RS 6 Mansory , will this modification affect the manufactures warranty

Yes.

If Mansory play with the bumper and your cruise control stops working Audi will probably not warrant it.

If Mansory play with your door card and a turbo stops working the warranty will probable be as normal.

Any power increase though and kiss warranty on anything related to powertrain goodbye. Any dealership seeing an extensively modified car in for warranty work is going to be treading very carefully on a claim as they won't want to pay for repairs when Audi turn down the claim.
