A4 Avant 2017 B9 fog light

Having imported my 2017 A4 Avant 3.0tdi 272 to France, I need to get it the French MOT equivalent. Problem is, the single rear fog light is on the wrong side.
The car has the led rear lights with sweeping indicators. I don’t think that the fog light is led.
So, is there a way to sort this without having to buy a new light unit? If I do have to buy a new unit will it be a direct swap without having to have a dealer reprogram anything?
