Does anyone know this R8 V8 manual?

I'm on the lookout for a manual R8 V8 and this popped up very nearby. I wouldn't normally consider a car advertised like this but the distance makes it worth going to have a look.
Numberplate won't go through vcheck - I haven't spoken to the dealer yet.
Curious damage though, broken rear light cluster and the passenger door handle trim seems missing. Neither the end of the world. I can't help thinking this should be more like £32k but maybe it's just the south coast effect.

Quick look I can't find a reg or chassis either.
In all seriousness: there is no such thing as a cheap R8. If it was viable for retail they would retail it as good ones are sh*t hot. They know what it would sell for retail prepared, they know what they've paid, and they know how much they need to spend on it to make it good.
They are attempting (illegaly) to distance themselves from their liabilities to the car.
If that isn't setting alarm bells ringing I don't know what will.

I have got the reg from the dealer: BG08 OFC
MOT history okay, looks like all four shocks leaked at some point but must have been sorted as it doesn't appear again. Apparently a near full audi service history, whatever that means.
I may go and have a look anyway just out of curiosity.
