Rust warranty on a 2014 Skoda Superb?

Hi all

I have a 2014 Skoda Superb, with rust on the lower edge of the boot lid. It's done 155k and has no service history.

Would this be covered under warranty by Skoda?

only possibly if you had stuck to the bodywork assessment programme as detailed in the handbook.

Doubtful will be covered - read the T&Cs with the bodywork, but usually involves an inspection clause during servicing.
