How long does it take the management unit to go to sleep
Discussion
Hi there Guys & Gals
I am about to trace a current drain on my A3 1.9Tdi P1
I will be opening the bonnet and driver’s door (to gain access to the fuse box) I will then latch both of those so that the management unit thinks that the bonnet and door are closed.
My question how long does it take for this unit to go to sleep ?
Also what reading will I get on my multimeter showing that it HAS gone to sleep ?
Any helpful advice would be much appreciated
Thanks
Tony
