Audi Service History & Vehicle Specs from VIN or Reg Numbers

Hi,

Would anyone know if it is possible to view the service history and original vehicle specifications for an Audi from either the VIN number or the registration plate number?

I have seen comments about the erWin database but not sure if this contains a record of when a car was serviced and what the original build specification was?

erWin will allow you to access the service records by VIN. You can see what has been done along with mileage and location. Vehicle specifications can be found in the MyAudi app.

There is no free/public portal for this information and the "chassis decoders" you see online simply don't work.
