2013 A6 C7 CarPlay etc update

Hi, thinking about updating the screen, getting DAB, CarPlay, reverse camera etc. Has anyone got any experiences to share? Would prefer to keep it as foldable screen (not an dealbreaker) and get it done east coast Scotland.
