What black or silver alloys?
Discussion
We bought a T6 camper in August and it came from the dealer fitted with a new set of 17” alloys in black.
The van itself is iridium grey (dark gunmetal if you’re not familiar with the colour) and the windows are tinted black at the sides and rear. The pop-top roof is black too. Overall the theme is '’quite sombre’. However, this contrasts nicely with the interior which has been done in tan leather and white cupboards; it looks great together.
I want to replace the alloys as they look a little lost in the arches and the design is a touch too fussy for my minimalist tastes. I intend to get a set of 19” Rotiform STL which I think look fantastic.
Do I go with black which would suit the van, despite me not liking black alloys on anything, or go for silver/light grey to try and make the outside pop a bit more? My gut is telling me the former but I’d like to get your thoughts.
Edit to add: title should be ‘Black or Silver’ - ignore the ‘What….’
