2015 3.0tdi coolant loss

Hi,
My 2015 A4 3.0 tdi has lost coolant over last couple of weeks.

Put a litre in last week and it’s needed another litre yesterday, which hasn’t reached min level.

No issues with temp gauge or overheating, and just done 600 mile return trip.

Local garages are all booked till mid February and now don’t really want to drive without getting it looked at.

Any pointers?

Invisible coolant leak on that engine can be EGR cooler.
