I have a 2014 A3 S line, I’ve lost any sound from the radio speakers.
No previous work on the dash or anything else, I just noticed it the other day.
There is sound from the parking aid.
What shall I try?

MMI reset first, before investigating potential fault/failure.

Thanks for that Dr G. I’ve done that, I think? But I will give it another go.

Funny thing happened today. I was reversing into a parking space, aid going beep beep, then suddenly there was music from the radio!! Sat there for a minute, changing stations and the volume. Great I thought, until I returned to the car later, radio dead again.
Any thoughts?

Update.
The radio has come back to life a number of times now. Next trip it’s dead. I’ve done the MMi reset a number of times.
Any ideas you Audi boffins. ??
I think there is no point in pulling the dash apart until I found someone who would put me on the right track.

I had similar on a 2015 A1, which was traced to the fibre optic link between the MMI and steering wheel controls.

Thanks Smokey.
That will give us something to go on first. I’m taking the car to a car electronics expert on Friday.
He has all the Audi diagnostic gear, fingers crossed he will solve it.
