Skoda Superb DSG issues :(

Hi all, my Skoda Superb SE Tech IV PHEV S-A has developed a fault where it losses drive randomly. it's been in the dealership on and off for ages since I got it and I'm starting to lose faith In it. Skoda have suggested a figure of £5300 to put it right but that's not happening given all the other issues I have had to put up with. Has anyone experience with this problem (apparently the mechatronics unit) and can anyone suggest a fix that won't set me back over 5k
