Audi TT MK1 3.2 - Coil Pack Connectors

Can anyone offer me some assistance as to how you unclip these connectors (I need to replace a coil pack). I've tried everything but it just won't unclip and I don't really want to break it. It's doing my head in now. Thanks.

I find you need to put a bit of pressure on it whilst lifting that tab, then pull it off.
They are a real pita though.

Those are a lot easier to undo with a set of picks, eg,

Press the plug further on.
Lift the lever.
Pull the plug.

Yes, a 90 degree pick (top one in photo on link posted above) makes it easier.

It's counter intuitive but once you press in the lever push TOWARDS the coil then pull, it releases the lock.
