It’s only a year as standard on retail sales. I did think their lease cars were always covered though.Might be worth getting in touch with the finance company directly though to see if that differs in your case.
VW Group cars all have a little known “Mobility” guarantee which provides basic roadside assurance cover across Europe but apparently it’s very difficult to get them to turn out - they deny it exists in UK.
