Audi A5 - Problems (help needed)

My wife bought a 67 registered Audi A5 sportback from a reputable dealer in Newbury. The car looked good and was a decent price. I will hold the name the of the garage for now. My wife has always wanted an A5 as she likes the shape of the car and after she was rear ended in November in her Audi A4 avant, we thought it might be time to scratch her itch. On the initial test drive we noted that the Navigation was not working. We asked some questions and the dealer noted that the SD card with maps was missing. He took one out of another car on the forecourt and gave this to us. This has subsequently failed to work, giving the error message "The navigation data are not enabled". I raised the issue and they are investigating.
Then this weekend after driving the car no more than 25 miles after driving it, the dreaded error popped up on the dash "Gearbox malfunction: no reverse gear. You can continue driving". I called the garage immediately who have recovered the car and left me with a loan car. Not the best start to owning your dream car.....

My wife bought a 67 registered Audi A5 sportback from a reputable dealer in Newbury. The car looked good and was a decent price. I will hold the name the of the garage for now. My wife has always wanted an A5 as she likes the shape of the car and after she was rear ended in November in her Audi A4 avant, we thought it might be time to scratch her itch. On the initial test drive we noted that the Navigation was not working. We asked some questions and the dealer noted that the SD card with maps was missing. He took one out of another car on the forecourt and gave this to us. This has subsequently failed to work, giving the error message "The navigation data are not enabled". I raised the issue and they are investigating.
Then this weekend after driving the car no more than 25 miles after driving it, the dreaded error popped up on the dash "Gearbox malfunction: no reverse gear. You can continue driving". I called the garage immediately who have recovered the car and left me with a loan car. Not the best start to owning your dream car.....

The independent garage from where we bought the car recovered it and have carried out a gearbox oil service in hope of curing the issues.

I am thinking of rejecting the car as i am still within 30d of my original purchase. The guys at Milta technologies advised that I reject the car. They spent ages on the phone talking me through options.
