Tuned RS6 - Things to be wary of?

Hi - am looking at an RS6 (C8) that has Stage 2 tune by DMS and a few other bits done like exhaust, intakes etc. Obviously the car will have no warranty given the tune. It seems like the majority of these cars have been tuned so that does not put me off per se as obviously the engines can take them. More so though, are there any things I should be particularly wary of? It has full Audi service history, until the last one which was done by an indy given the tune.

From what I've read, DMS seem to be a fairly reputable outfit and well reviewed.

Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated!
