Audi : Midnight Green colour.

In case people are ordering, I just picked up a Midnight Green A6 (e-Hybrid).

The colour looks black much of the time, but when the light is right it's suddenly green!

If anyone is thinking of ordering, just be aware it's darker than it looks on the Audi website, but when it looks good, it looks really good. Like a dark British Racing Green... but most of the time, it's black!

Had a similar experience with a BMW M6- special order for a colour called Ruby Black Metallic which looked great on the website but only showed ruby in bright sunlight . After that as much as possible I either try to see an actual car or look at as many pics as I can. With the BMW I did neither.

Love green cars, I'll keep an eye out for that.

I've always like Audi's cherry black which does the same trick. Black most of the time but got a deep, purply sparkle when the sun's out.

Ive just sold my Deep Green Pearl B7 RS4 and pretty much the same, in cloudy conditions it looked black but in sunny conditions the green metallic would pop, ill try to show you in the pictures below.
