A3 TDi 130 - More power required

Help.... my 130 bhp A3 is somewhat sluggish compared to my WRX, anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to improve matters? (the car must remain standard looking)

Re-Map,
Exhaust,
FMIC.

This should see power rise to 180bhp+ and lots of torque!!!

Well, that's not exactly surprising is it?

A simple chip ought to see you 180 BHP, with lesser gains to be had from other mods. IIRC, diesel engines respond nicely to nitrous oxide, but that seems to be an extreme solution!

Unfortunately I'm guessing that this would be noticeable at the dealership come servicing time! I'm trying to keep it as standard as possible.

Chipping it sounds like a plan, any idea on cost?
