Pre PD diesel tuning

I have a 1993 seat toledo 1.9Td has anyone got any links to diy tuning info for this VW engine? my last citroen was easily boosted and my hilux surf the same so i thought there may be the same for this one.

What engine?? some people may have an unused HOPA bypass module knocking about

Whats a HOPA bypass module then?? it needs mechanical tuning i cant just chip it off of ebay,i have found fuelling and boost info so far

alters fuelling parameters plugs into loom 'tween harness and pump two screws to set up low/high rpm fueling........
